Seating 3000-3500 people, the Sydney Opera House is one of the most beautiful sights you will ever see in your lifetime. The giant white sphere like roof was made to represent sails or sea shells.
He said that when the opera house would be completed that, “The sun, the light, and the clouds will make it a living thing, so that viewers will never be finished with it.”
It was opened by Queen Elizabeth II on Oct. 20th 1973, and located on the water front of Sydney, the architect that designed the Sydney Opera House was named Jorn Utzon.
