The National Gallery of Canada is in Ottawa, Ontario. Construction started in 1986 and continued until 1988. It was completed during the modern era. The designer of this building was Moshe Shafdie famous for his "habitat" design. Seen to the right is a picture of the main section of skylights in the National Gallery.
