The Era/Period Richard Long was born in the dancing era; a lot of people did artwork that evolved around dancing and movement. The types of artwork that this person does is very creative and knows the different ways that you can process art and put it down on paper. The characteristics that make Richard's 'masterpieces' unique are that they're well thought out and some are in black and white for a more variety of his work. So it isn't so boring, he takes a mixture of different sceneries and makes them look interesting - more interesting than if you saw it in real life!
