A request form needs to provide the following information: 1- The name of the Author 2- The name of the story 3- The length of the story 4- The justification. Why do you deserve credit in this course for reading that story? The reasons why a story could be considered appropriate for your grade level include the sophistication of the writing, or topic matter, or perhaps the relavance of the subject matter to people your age. Ultimately, you have to decide why the story is appropriate. If you can't do this, you should reconsider your story. ***Remember, you book must be a NOVEL, which, by definition, is a piece of fiction of considerable length. (In our course, that means a minimum of 100 pages.).
