• BBC Sport - A good site with information on a variety of sporting issues. Includes an interactive gym and games.
  
• Interactive Exercise - You can click on a muscle group on the interactive body to find an exercise that will help strengthen that area.
  
• Aeronautics in Sport - The science behind some popular sports and equipment. includes colourful diagrams and Quicktime movies.
  
• Olympic Games - the official site for the Olympic Games, includes interactives and activities. Includes Flash presentations for every sport.
  
  

• Teaching Tools - From Alberta, some good PE teaching tools such as video and unit plans.
  
• The Science of Sport - Some interactive features to describe the science of the major sports.
  
• Log It - A site that allows students and teachers to log in physical activities. It's a US site, so I assume the prizes are not available to Canadians.
