This is a survey of the quality of information available online.

Five sites have been selected to conduct this inquiry.

Examine any two of these sites, and for each site, respond to these questions:

1. What is this site about?
2. Does it look professional or amateur;
3. Do the links lead to internal or external content;
4. Does it provide photo evidence or cite other references;
5. Is the language authoritative; is the content well edited; what agency posted the content?
6. Describe the site’s color pallet, arrangement, and any other aesthetic element your can identify.
7. What audience would be most attracted to this site? Why?
8. Can you detect a bias? Explain.
9. Identify and explain three techniques or devices used on each site that captured your attention.
10. What factors do you think had you believing in the content as presented?
